Cottage Pirouette has been creating happy, well-rested guests since 1996. With a warm ambience, you will immediately feel at home, enjoying space in the living room, 2 dining rooms, or outside, next to the pond and stream.

Guests from around the world gather around the table for a hearty breakfast, which features homemade baked goods and jam, fresh fruit, and lots of superb coffee.  Tea is served in the traditional style.

You can enjoy making new acquaintances when you partake of breakfast in the dining rooms.  Alternatively, if you wish to eat privately, there are 2 small decks outside, or the patio, for a refreshing morning start.

Your bedroom is quiet, and you have a choice of 2 single beds, queen, or king configurations.  Room amenities include slippers, robes, ipod players in some rooms, clock radios in all rooms, plush towels and more.  Larger "comfies" such as cable tv, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker etc., are in the guest living and dining room areas.  Wireless access means you can use your laptop with ease.  Several books and games are also available.

Next to the pond in the back garden, enjoy the relaxing sounds of the 40 foot stream.  After a day of touring or cycling, you will enjoy use of the outdoor hot tub on the patio.  Robes and sandals are available for your use.  

Victoria is an interesting city, with 11 municipalities.  Esquimalt, where you will find your accommodation, is an awesome spot for many reasons:  the drive to town is about 6 minutes.  The walk to town is a boardwalk that follows the edge of Victoria's Inner Harbour, and is refreshing, and awe-inspiring.  

You will find many parks here, and ocean access at every turn.  Heritage homes, and Canada's 2nd largest naval base are based in Esquimalt.  Enjoy the Naval and Military Museum at HMCS Naden Base.

Your innkeeper is an avid cyclist, so can give you tips on safe cycling around the city and beyond.  Advice on Galloping Goose Trail, Lochside Trail, and how to get on  and off the trails is yours.  Safe bicycle storage, and a hot tub for your weary body are  treasured features for cyclists here.

Just a five minute walk from Cottage Pirouette B & B,  enjoy gorgeous Fleming Beach and Macaulay Point: the views of the Juan de Fuca Strait are unrivalled, and the Olympic Mountains of Washington State appear to be just a stone's throw away.
