Abbeymoore Manor Bed and Breakfast
Unwind and relax in the historic Rockland district of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
Abbeymoore offers comfortably elegant accommodation in five gorgeous heritage bedrooms. Spacious, self-contained private garden suites are also available for both short and long term stays.
Abbeymoore is ideally located across the street from the 36 acre estate of BC's Lieutenant Governor and a short walk to Craigdarroch Castle and the Art Gallery. We are a five minute drive to all downtown Victoria's attractions and the Clipper and Coho US ferries. The historic oceanside Rossbay Cemeteray is a comfortable 10 min walk south.
Abbeymoore Manor is an outstanding period mansion built in 1912. It sits amongst the castles, gardens and tree lined streets of "Old Victoria". The historic Rockland area is where the Governors, Merchant Barons, Bankers and famous Architects built their luxurious homes to show off their new gold rush wealth.
Invariably, visitors state the two most amazing things they did on a trip to Victoria were whale watching and/or visiting the Butchart Gardens. Both can take up a fair portion of the day and when you’re short of time, it’s a shame to have to choose one over the other – and now you don’t have to. Abbeymoore and Prince of Whales offers the definitive Victoria tour, taking you out to the beautiful wilds of the ocean watching whales, followed by a leisurely stroll of the Gardens. The tour departs from downtown Victoria and concludes in the secluded Tod Inlet at The Butchart Gardens private dock.

Joe Orton's "Loot"
From the pen of one of the original creators of Black Comedy, this hilarious farce follows the mad antics of two young men who have robbed a bank but have nowhere to hide the money: Until - as luck would have it - one of their mothers dies and they find that her coffin is the perfecp place to temporarily store their new-gotten gains.
Relentlessly anarchic, wildly funny and as contemporary as when it first appeared in London's Beatles and Mod-crazed early 1960's, Loot will leave fans of absurdist comedy rolling in the aisles with laughter.
July 6th to 18th, 2010
Tennesee Williams' "A Streetcar Named desire"
On the heels of its universally acclaimed production of Death of a Salesman, Blue Bridge Repertory Theatre brings Victoria audiences another landmark American Play.
